Bio

Ming Zhou, research interests focus on the controlled synthesis of nanoscale heterostructures including novel metallic and semiconducting nanomaterials, metal oxides, and their hybrid composites for various applications, such as catalysis, clean energy. The relationship between strcture and activity at the atomic/molecular level and femtosecond time scale by high-resolution electron microscopy, atomic force microscopy, advanced spectroscopy (pump-probe) technologies.
